ARMHS & CFSS in Minneapolis, St. Paul & the Twin Cities

In-home Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services and Personal Care across the Metro — Medical Assistance accepted

WeCare ARMHS & CFSS Across the Twin Cities Metro

WeCare delivers in-home Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) and CFSS personal care across the entire Twin Cities metro area. Our Twin Cities practitioners are based in the Metro and meet clients where they live and feel most comfortable — at home in Minneapolis, St. Paul, or any of the surrounding suburbs. Because ARMHS and CFSS are delivered in-person and in-community, having a Twin Cities team that knows the area matters.

The Twin Cities is home to one of the most culturally diverse populations in Minnesota, and the Metro has a real shortage of culturally responsive ARMHS providers. WeCare's Twin Cities team speaks multiple languages — including Somali, Spanish, and additional languages on request — and understands the diverse cultural communities across Minneapolis and St. Paul, including Somali, Hispanic, East African, and Hmong families.

ARMHS in the Twin Cities

ARMHS in the Twin Cities is a Minnesota Medical Assistance benefit that provides community-based skill-building for adults 18+ diagnosed with serious mental illness. WeCare's Twin Cities ARMHS practitioners travel to clients in Minneapolis, St. Paul, Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, Bloomington, Richfield, Columbia Heights, and surrounding Metro suburbs. ARMHS sessions happen in homes, community settings, libraries, parks — wherever you feel most comfortable building skills like emotional regulation, daily living, crisis planning, medication adherence, community integration, and employment readiness. Eligibility: 18+, mental health diagnosis, enrolled in Minnesota Medical Assistance.

PCA / CFSS in the Twin Cities

WeCare provides CFSS (Community First Services and Supports — Minnesota's replacement for the PCA program) throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Our Twin Cities support workers help adults, seniors, and individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions with bathing, dressing, mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping in their own homes across Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the surrounding suburbs. CFSS gives Twin Cities participants more control — you can hire your own workers (including eligible family members), set your schedule, and manage your service budget.
