Who We Are

WeCare Minnesota is a social services provider based in Waite Park, Minnesota. We provide behavioral health services, personal care assistance, adult day programming, and health insurance navigation throughout Central Minnesota, the Metro/Twin Cities area, and surrounding communities. We serve individuals and families with comprehensive support focused on holistic, culturally responsive care.

Our team of dedicated professionals — including Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers and mental health practitioners — is committed to helping you face life's challenges with empathy and understanding. Whether you need support with mental health or daily living activities, we're here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

WeCare accepts Medical Assistance (Medicaid), MinnesotaCare, Medicare, UCare, BCBS, HealthPartners, PrimeWest, Medica, and UnitedHealthcare. We provide services in multiple languages to ensure our care is accessible to the diverse communities across Central Minnesota and the Twin Cities.
